In mid-July of this year (2010) I had a house full of out-of-state visitors and on late Friday evening our air conditioner quit working.  We called Mark around 10:00 am and he was at our Blountville home before 11:00. He was kind, courteous and quick!  Not only had he diagnosed the problem in less than 10 minutes, he called the company where we purchased our unit and found out we were still under a 10 year parts warranty and only charged us $50.00 for the call and the labor. We have recommended Mark to several of our friends.  And when our church air conditioner needed repair we recommended our pastor call Mark and let him do the work.  Thanks Mark we appreciate you!

 Thank you for coming to fix our heat so fast! I hate calling for a repair, but you made it easy by explaining the problem and having the parts with you to fix it!  Your fees were reasonable (no extra charge for holiday or overtime). We will tell everyone about your excellent service. Guess we will see you again for our "Once a year service for preventive maintenance".....that way I won't be calling for a repair when it's hot as you know what!!!
